Professor I’m confused were we suppose to upload our presentation through here?

If the person whose presentation I am supposed to evaluate does not post a link by the deadline, may I instead evaluate someone else's speech who has posted in time?
Yes. If the speaker you are assigned to does not post his/her speech you are welcome to evaluate a speech of your choice. Good question.
